Dr. Shivendra Singh, a distinguished library and information science professional with over 30 years of experience in academic and special libraries, particularly in the medical, pharmaceutical, and management education domains.
Dr. Singh is currently serving as the Senior Librarian at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Raipur, where he plays a pivotal role in driving innovation, expanding access to digital medical knowledge, and supporting healthcare education through robust library systems. Prior to this, he made significant contributions at Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), where he was instrumental in developing the Central Library of Guru Gobind Singh Medical College & Hospital, Faridkot—especially during its period of institutional expansion.

His deep interest in evaluating e-Resource Usage rise (eRUr) and strategic planning has led to significant improvements in digital resource access and student-researcher engagement.
He is also an accomplished scholar, having authored over 70 publications, including journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers. His research is well-indexed in platforms such as Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and ResearchGate. His scholarly commitment has earned him accolades including Emerging Librarian of the Year 2019 by the Health Science Library Association and recognition as a Certified Publons Academy Supervisor.
Beyond his institutional responsibilities, Dr. Singh has actively contributed as a resource person, guest faculty, and panelist, including at IGNCA, Makhanlal Chaturvedi University, and Kurukshetra University, delivering lectures and conducting training on digital tools, citation management, and research literacy. Richa Garg graduated in 1990, grew up in a culturally rich environment surrounded by literary figures — her father, uncles, and aunts were all writers. During her childhood, she was a passionate reader with aspirations of becoming a writer herself. However, life took her on a different path toward chartered accountancy, and gradually, her literary pursuits took a back seat.
After marriage, Richa found inspiration once again through her husband, a dedicated professor and writer, and her father, who worked in the publishing and printing business while nurturing reading and writing as hobbies. These influences helped her reconnect with her love of literature and community service. The mission of the Hind Di Chadar Foundation resonates deeply with her personal values and interests.

Formerly she worked as Director Farms & Regional Manager at Haryana Land Reclamation and Development Corporation. She also worked as an independent practitioner in her field.
